What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, presentation standards, and timing guidelines
• set up, stock, and clean the assigned station
• follow food handling, storage, sanitation, and safety procedures
• assist with prep, portioning, and labeling
• communicate with cooks, servers, and management
• support opening and closing duties
• report equipment issues.
