What you'll do

• Review project, program, and portfolio schedules and governance
• assess schedule logic, status, resources, costs, critical paths, and milestones
• identify gaps and corrective actions
• develop and refine Primavera P6 schedules and baselines
• maintain schedules through status collection and update cycles
• integrate project schedules and identify dependencies, risks, and milestone conflicts
• facilitate schedule reviews
• prepare weekly and monthly reports, narratives, dashboards, and executive reporting
• support earned value analysis and schedule-driven forecasts
• develop PMO scheduling standards and coach project contributors.

Why this role
