The Salesforce Service Cloud Solutions Architect role is onsite in Needham, MA. Pay is $71–$73 per hour. ZipStaff is hiring for a client whose Service Cloud platform supports customer care across North America and EMEA. The architect owns the platform’s technical direction, enabling case management, routing, digital engagement, and self-service support across regions. The role also leads delivery and operations and plans the transition of platform ownership to an in-house engineering team.

What you'll do

• Set technical direction for Service Cloud case management, Omni-Channel routing, entitlements, escalations, knowledge, and agent experience
• establish data, sharing, and security architecture
• own digital engagement channels and support sites
• lead multi-region rollouts
• design and review integrations
• partner on order and warranty data contracts
• mentor engineers and direct partner delivery
• manage monitoring, releases, incident response, root-cause analysis, and governed AI-assisted engineering practices.
