Store Operations Associate

What you'll do

• Identify customers' self-storage needs and provide appropriate solutions
• interact with customers and build rapport
• meet monthly sales goals
• walk the property, perform lock checks, and show units
• rent storage units and sell store merchandise
• manage leasing, accept payments, complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls about late payments. Clean units and grounds, maintain facility areas, and follow company guidelines. Must be able to work Saturdays
• some locations may require Sundays.
