Primary Operator – Level 3

What you'll do

• Operate and change over manufacturing equipment according to work instructions and schedules
• inspect finished parts with precision measuring equipment
• monitor outputs and adjust tooling, fixtures, and settings
• troubleshoot machining, tooling, and process issues
• perform preventive maintenance and routine machine care
• document production
• maintain a safe and organized work area
• suggest process improvements
• train and mentor less experienced operators.
