Real Estate Intern, Summer 2027

Job overview

The Real Estate Intern role is an onsite internship based at Geronimo Power’s Bloomington, MN headquarters, with pay of $20–$25 per hour. Geronimo Power develops, owns, and operates utility-scale renewable energy and affiliated digital infrastructure projects. The intern supports the Real Estate team with due diligence, site-control administration, landowner relations, and process improvements. By organizing project information, tracking agreements and milestones, and assisting cross-functional initiatives, the role contributes to renewable energy project development while gaining practical real estate experience.

What you'll do

• Assist with title and due diligence document review
• track title objections, curative items, and project milestones
• organize project files and agreements
• prepare due diligence summaries and project trackers
• support site-control data collection and lease, easement, option, and amendment tracking
• assist with contract abstracting and document management
• monitor critical dates and obligations
• maintain landowner records and prepare outreach materials
• support meetings and follow-up
• document workflows and help develop SOPs, job aids, and training materials
• support real estate technology platforms and process improvements.
