DOT Shuttle Supervisor

The DOT Shuttle Supervisor role is onsite in Portland, OR. Compensation is $27–$29.50 per hour. The position supports SP+, a Metropolis company, which operates parking and mobility services and uses computer vision for checkout-free parking experiences. The role exists to assist with day-to-day shuttle operations and ensure service follows location contracts and company procedures. It contributes to customer satisfaction, client relations, and safe, professional operations at assigned locations.

What you'll do

• Assist with day-to-day management of shuttle operations and assigned locations
• participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction
• assist customers courteously
• support equipment maintenance and general maintenance
• report accidents, policy violations, safety hazards, and unusual occurrences
• assist with cleanup and substitute for positions as needed
• maintain knowledge of shuttle routes and local streets, landmarks, and freeways.

Why this role

A valid CDL Class A or B and DOT Medical Card are required; a passenger endorsement is required when operating buses with capacity of 15 or more. Weekend or other shift availability may be required depending on location needs.
