Accounting Operations Manager

Job overview

The Accounting Operations Manager follows a hybrid schedule in Lutherville-Timonium, MD, working onsite Tuesday through Thursday and remotely the other two days. Compensation is $95,000–$110,000 per year. The role partners with the Controller to maintain accurate, compliant, and efficient accounting operations and internal controls.

What you'll do

• Oversee accounts receivable, client account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, cash flow, and treasury functions
• lead invoice reviews
• calculate and review broker commissions
• conduct annual internal audits
• support payroll and accounts payable
• coach and supervise accounting staff
• improve processes and automation
• support policy and system changes
• and assist auditors.
