What you'll do

• Identify and analyze stakeholder groups
• develop engagement plans
• conduct interviews and workshops
• assess stakeholder impact and readiness
• develop targeted communications
• coordinate communications across program, functional, and technical teams
• track concerns, risks, and resistance
• support change impact assessments and deployment adoption
• develop dashboards and status reports
• use AI tools for communications, analysis, and reporting and mentor junior colleagues.
