What you'll do

• Oversee pharmacy technicians performing non-sterile compounding
• ensure compliance with USP 795 and relevant regulations
• develop and update SOPs
• maintain and calibrate equipment
• oversee quality control
• conduct final product checks
• maintain compounding records
• ensure personnel training and proficiency
• stay current on regulatory changes
• maintain a clean compounding area
• address staff questions. Hazardous-drug compounding may be involved, with appropriate precautions.
