The Restoration Water Mitigation Superintendent role is onsite in Collierville, TN. The base salary is $40,000–$45,000 per year, depending on experience. The superintendent supports Apex Restoration DKI’s water mitigation operations and reports to the Mitigation Project Manager. The role oversees completion of mitigation work, monitors drying progress, and helps ensure safe, organized job sites. It coordinates project closeout, equipment and inventory, customer communication, and timely updates to the project manager so completed work can be invoiced.

What you'll do

• Verify completion of tasks in the scope of work and notify the project manager when work orders are complete
• ensure personnel follow OSHA requirements and company procedures
• moisture-map and monitor drying
• remove drying equipment and obtain signed completion forms
• manage consumables, tools, and drying equipment inventory
• manage multiple projects
• address customer questions and concerns
• inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness
• use PSA and MICA moisture mapping and project-management tools.
