What you'll do
- Prepare and portion ingredients using standardized recipes and prep lists
- wash, chop, slice, and dice ingredients
- maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
- follow food handling, storage, labeling, and FIFO procedures
- assist kitchen staff during busy prep and service periods
- monitor and rotate stock and report low inventory.
