What you'll do

• Lead and staff food and beverage, events, front desk, and housekeeping teams
• oversee restaurant operations, inventory, service, and compliance
• supervise event execution and guest experience
• oversee front desk and housekeeping standards
• manage property upkeep, preventive maintenance, vendors, and emergency response
• monitor budgets, labor, costs, reporting, and financial performance
• follow Roam Hospitality SOPs and brand standards.
