• Lead discovery, prioritization, planning, governance, and delivery of technology-enabled business solutions
• facilitate stakeholder alignment and develop roadmaps
• manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions
• establish intake, prioritization, and status-reporting processes
• define success metrics and implementation plans
• provide executive-level visibility into progress and expected business value.
