What you'll do
- Makes outbound phone calls and handles incoming calls to meet performance standards.
- Contacts auto loan customers regarding late or missed payments.
- Understands reasons for delinquency and negotiates payment arrangements.
- Researches and resolves account discrepancies.
- Documents all interactions clearly.
