What you'll do
- Develop and maintain a library of process documentation including SOPs and flow diagrams.
- Facilitate interviews with stakeholders to capture requirements.
- Analyze workflows to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
- Design future-state processes.
- Ensure compliance with FAR and CAS.
- Support the use of AI tools for documentation.
