What you'll do

• Lead operations across residential properties

• conduct employee audits and onsite quality checks
• build relationships with property managers and clients
• manage schedules and coverage
• coordinate employee logistics, safety gear, reporting apps, and payroll forms
• respond to equipment or staffing issues
• maintain nightly reporting, payroll, employee documentation, and compliance
• assist with community onboarding, resident orientations, and equipment distribution.
