What you'll do

• Plan, set up, and prepare pastries, desserts, breads, ice creams, sorbets, creams, simple syrups, and jams
• follow recipes and yield guides
• maintain sanitation and health standards
• inspect and organize workstations
• prepare items for service
• assist with inventory monitoring and food-cost controls
• use equipment safely
• transport dirty pots and pans to the pot wash station.
