Leasing Consultant — Apartment Community

Job overview

The Leasing Consultant role is onsite in Austin, TX, with workdays Monday–Saturday and hours of 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Monday–Friday and 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Saturday. Pay is $18–$20 per hour, with monthly new-lease and renewal bonuses in addition to base pay. The role serves a 280-unit apartment community near The Domain for Westdale Asset Management. The consultant connects prospective residents with available apartments by greeting visitors, showing homes, processing applications and leases, and explaining features and amenities. The role supports leasing activity and resident service while following fair housing requirements.

What you'll do

• Greet visitors and residents
• answer and return resident calls and emails
• complete guest cards and lease paperwork
• present apartment features and amenities
• show apartments
• secure leases
• process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws.

Why this role

Requires at least one year of leasing consultant experience and a valid Texas driver’s license. Saturday work is required; bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.
