The Front Counter & Parts Assistant role is onsite in Maysville, KY, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and no weekends. Compensation is not specified. The role supports customer service and parts operations at Maysville Auto Repair, a growing, family-owned team. The assistant helps keep the repair shop’s customer-facing and parts functions organized by greeting customers, scheduling appointments, handling payments, ordering and tracking parts, and supporting the Service Advisor. The role also contributes shop photos and social media content and helps maintain clean, organized work areas.

What you'll do

• Greet customers, answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle payments
• support the Service Advisor and follow up on declined services
• order automotive parts, manage inventory, and communicate with vendors
• take daily photos and videos of shop activities, repairs, and team highlights for social media and website content
• help create and post social media content
• clean and organize the office, lobby, kitchen, bathrooms, and parts area
• run local errands as needed.
