Patient Representative, Crystal Lake and Barrington

What you'll do

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and verify patient information
• complete check-in, check-out, and end-of-day processing
• enter charges and collect and post payments
• collect patient balances
• copy and scan medical records
• process medical-record requests
• perform digital health workflows and initiatives
• complete referral authorizations
