The Ophthalmology Clinical Support role is onsite in Saint Louis, MO. Compensation is $17–$23 per hour. The role supports the clinical team and patient experience by conducting diagnostic tests, assisting patients, and coordinating appointments. What you'll do

• Conduct visual acuity, OCT, IOL Master, autorefraction, auto lensometry, Icare tonometry, visual field, and topography tests
• answer phones and assist patients and families
• schedule appointments
• collaborate with team members and work independently
• travel to other locations as scheduled
• greet patients and notify technicians of arrivals
• verify insurance information and eligibility
• maintain accurate patient demographics in the EHR.
