What you'll do

• Manage complex legal matters and draft legal memoranda, opinions, and recommendations
• negotiate, draft, and interpret contracts and legal documents concerning loans, leases, and insurance
• advise executives and business leaders on legal and compliance risks
• counsel agricultural lending teams
• draft and review syndicated credit agreements and loan documents
• support capital markets transactions and embedded finance and loan participation programs
• monitor laws, regulations, and industry trends
• provide legal training and contribute to legal team priorities.
