General Maintenance Technician, Foundry (2nd or 3rd Shift)

The General Maintenance Technician role is onsite in De Pere, WI, with regular pay of $30–$40 per hour and a $2-per-hour differential for second- and third-shift work. The position supports CA Lawton’s foundry. The technician performs preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to keep foundry equipment and electrical infrastructure operating reliably. The role also responds to maintenance requests, completes longer-term projects, and participates in continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance on foundry equipment
• troubleshoot equipment issues
• maintain and repair electrical infrastructure using drawings and blueprints
• support continuous improvement
• prioritize requests to maximize equipment runtime
• troubleshoot overhead cranes, sand mixers, conveyors, and other foundry equipment.
