What you'll do

• Manage recruiting from job postings through offers
• conduct workplace investigations and track employee relations trends
• advise managers on corrective action and termination risk
• forecast staffing needs and develop talent pipelines
• facilitate new-hire orientation
• maintain I-9 and E-Verify processes
• administer employment law requirements
• support benefits enrollment and payroll coordination
• maintain HRIS records and workforce reports
• and partner with EHS on workplace safety and incident prevention.
