What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors
• follow security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility interiors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and support visitor management
• respond to incidents and medical-related emergencies according to facility protocols
• document observations and patrol activities and communicate relevant information to site leadership.

Why this role
