Director of Nursing

What you'll do

• Lead and direct nursing staff
• oversee nursing policies, procedures, and standards
• collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and administrators
• monitor resident care outcomes, assessments, care planning, medication management, and infection control
• supervise and mentor staff
• oversee recruitment, orientation, retention, and staffing schedules
• participate in quality assurance and performance improvement
• communicate with residents and families
• manage department budgets and resources.
