The Evening Manager — CASAC or LMSW role is onsite in Carmel, NY. The stated pay range is $20–$25 per hour. Two positions are available, with schedules of Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday, 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. The role supports the adult program’s clinical case management services. The manager coordinates census, patient transfers, case manager caseloads, and scheduling while assisting the Program Director with treatment planning and program oversight. The role also maintains a reduced case load and contributes to conflict resolution, referral relationships, service review, and performance improvement.

What you'll do

• Provide clinical case management services including assessments, individual, group, and family treatment, treatment plan coordination, referral relations, discharge planning, and intervention with client support systems
• coordinate census and patient transfers
• oversee Adult Program Clinical Case Managers’ caseloads and schedules
• attend team meetings and audit paperwork as needed
• assist the Program Director with treatment planning, program rules, conflict issues, wing meetings, service review, and referral relationships
• maintain a reduced case load
• participate in performance improvement initiatives.
