• Assist with activities of daily living, meal preparation, and personal care
• administer medications and support medical appointments
• maintain a clean and safe living environment
• engage clients in social activities and community outings
• use mobility equipment appropriately
• document activities and incidents
• implement individualized care plans
• maintain confidentiality.
