What you'll do

• Lead long-term resist screening projects, define success criteria with process owners, evaluate supplier design-of-experiment rounds, and identify materials for device evaluation.
• Apply photolithography materials expertise to guide optimization and development.
• Work in a cleanroom, follow safety procedures, handle photoresists and other chemicals with appropriate protective equipment, collaborate across sites, and use AI with human review to automate analysis or repetitive workflows.
