What you'll do

• Motivate the team to meet client contact and conversion targets and campaign objectives
• coach advisors through call reviews, side-by-side work, and regular feedback

• handle client escalations and help build, retain, or restore client relationships
• identify opportunities to improve client experience, sales administration, and business processes.
