What you'll do

• Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer service
• open accounts and prepare paperwork as needed
• order checks and prepare debit cards
• answer customer questions and resolve service issues
• handle safe deposit box, bond redemption, and transfer duties as assigned
• receive deposits, cash checks, and process payments
• issue cashier’s checks and money orders
• cross-sell bank services
• balance teller cash and support end-of-day activities
• maintain confidentiality and comply with banking regulations and internal policies
• complete required training.
