Assistant Restaurant Manager

The Assistant Restaurant Manager role is onsite in Parkville, MD. Pay is $23 per hour. This role supports the Restaurant Manager and Dunkin’ restaurant operations. The position helps lead floor operations and training, maintain brand and food-safety standards, and support guest experience and restaurant profitability. It also helps onboard and coach team members and carry out restaurant operations when the Restaurant Manager is absent.

What you'll do

• Support the Restaurant Manager, shift leaders, and team
• perform Restaurant Manager duties in their absence
• execute brand standards, recipes, and systems
• communicate priorities and results
• support product rollouts and training
• enforce safety, food safety, sanitation, and applicable laws
• control costs and complete inventory
• manage cash procedures
• onboard, develop, and coach team members.
