Experienced Caregiver

What you'll do

• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy client residence
• assist with personal hygiene, mobility, exercise, eating, dressing, and transfers as specified in the Plan of Care
• provide nutritional support
• report changes in client condition
• assist with mobility devices and prescribed exercises
• record observations and care activities
• provide permitted assistance with self-administered medication
• follow infection-control and agency policies.
