Samples Spray Dry Operator — Second Shift

The Samples Spray Dry Operator works onsite in Cincinnati, OH, on second shift. Pay is $22–$23 per hour, including the stated $1 shift differential. The role produces intermediate and finished flavor products in the sample lab. The operator runs liquid and spray-drying equipment and filling operations, following process instructions and quality, sanitation, food-safety, and safety requirements. Accurate records and communication of processing issues help the department meet production and quality expectations.

What you'll do

• Operate the Sample VSD-800 Spray Dryer and APV dryer, liquid and spray-dry equipment, and filling operations
• follow process orders
• read control instruments
• maintain accurate batch and inventory records
• perform in-process quality testing
• follow sanitation, GMP, food-safety, OSHA, FDA, and USDA requirements
• document and communicate deviations and processing delays.
