The role contributes to housing stability and expanded housing opportunities through client support, housing-resource coordination, and community engagement.

What you'll do

• Complete client intake, needs assessments, and case-management documentation
• maintain records and service data in HMIS
• assist with housing searches, applications, leases, and move-in expenses
• support lease renewals and recertifications
• identify housing options
• collaborate with landlords and property managers
• maintain waitlist information
• represent the organization at community meetings
• organize workshops and housing advocacy efforts.
