Senior Product Owner — Utility Transmission & Distribution Planning

Job overview

The Senior Product Owner role is hybrid, with on-site work three days per week in Charlotte, NC. Compensation is $60–$70 per hour. The role supports client products in the utility transmission and distribution planning domain. The Product Owner defines and manages product roadmaps and backlogs, coordinates agile planning and releases, and works with business and technology partners to translate customer and user needs into product priorities and delivered features.

What you'll do

• Define and manage roadmaps for multiple client solutions
• build, groom, and prioritize the backlog
• manage sprint planning and participate in agile ceremonies
• gather customer, worker, and user needs and market feedback
• write functional specifications, user stories, and product documentation
• collaborate with developers, designers, and analysts
• communicate roadmap stages and timelines
• support bi-weekly releases.
