Technical Project Manager, Enterprise Integration & Migration

The Technical Project Manager role is 100% onsite in Phoenix, AZ, and is limited to current Arizona residents. The stated pay range is $68–$78 per hour. The project supports the City of Phoenix’s mission-critical enterprise system environment. The manager leads a multi-phase platform upgrade and coordinates technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendor resources. The role oversees data-model migration, integrations, testing, risk management, and change readiness to support a controlled transition across dependent applications.

What you'll do

• Plan and deliver an enterprise platform upgrade
• coordinate migration from a legacy data model to a rules-based model
• manage upstream and downstream system impacts and workflow changes
• coordinate vendors and technical workstreams
• track risks and dependencies
• oversee testing and validation
• support training and stakeholder readiness
• produce schedules, status reports, decision logs, and migration documentation.
