What you'll do

• Complete apartment turnovers and maintenance work orders
• secure building and apartment doors
• provide courteous service in occupied apartments
• assist with preventive maintenance for equipment and building systems
• repair appliances
• notify management of property repair needs
• help maintain tools and supplies inventory
• keep maintenance and utility areas organized
• assist with snow removal as needed
• respond to after-hours emergencies during the on-call rotation.
