Life Skills Program Director

What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate Life Skills staff
• manage schedules and staffing coverage
• oversee daily program operations and classroom assignments
• oversee curriculum and review lesson plans
• monitor documentation and Medicaid billing requirements
• conduct quality assurance reviews and prepare for audits
• support participant services and interdisciplinary meetings
• maintain safety procedures and program records
• coordinate local travel when required.
