Junior Real Estate Analyst

Job overview

The Junior Real Estate Analyst role is onsite at least three days per week in College Park, GA, with a Monday–Friday or five-day work schedule. The salary range is $45,000–$50,000 per year. The role supports a long-term federal contract for the Federal Aviation Administration. The analyst provides technical and administrative support for FAA real estate acquisitions, helping contracting officers research markets, evaluate property data, support lease negotiations, and maintain acquisition documentation.

What you'll do

• Support real estate acquisitions and lease negotiations
• work with Real Estate Contracting Officers on negotiation strategies and counteroffers
• conduct market surveys and research ownership, surveys, comparable properties, and market values
• provide market and economic analysis
• use PRISM to research payment history and lease terms and recommend resolutions
• draft leases, permits, acquisitions, and supplemental agreements
• use REMS and RETS to research agreements and update work assignments and notes.
