• Plan audio-visual production for corporate events from design through event day, including client meetings, budgets, quotes, vendor and venue coordination, truck loading, setup, and execution. Create floor plans and stage designs
• coordinate with venues and internal teams
• oversee event load-in and load-out
• serve as the onsite client and technician liaison
• manage job costing
