What you'll do

• Provide companionship and household support or hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, depending on the assignment. Follow client-specific care plans and safety strategies
• provide medication reminders and other approved non-medical support
• document tasks and observations
• report concerns
• and complete the full accepted shift. Required physical documents, screening, orientation, and training apply.
