What you'll do

• Direct or produce financial reports, including budget performance and variance analysis, income statements, balance sheets, and regulatory reports
• ensure grant and government contract compliance and timely submissions
• maintain grant records and assist with applications and budgets
• establish accounting policies and procedures and educate staff on compliance
• assist with tax forms and annual budget preparation
• prepare monthly budget-versus-actual reports
• oversee payroll, general ledger entries, accounting records, invoices, purchase orders, billing, cash receipts, contracts, leases, accounts payable review, timesheets, and PTO records.

Why this role
