What you'll do
- Wash soiled china, glassware, and flatware using proper procedures and equipment
- load and unload items and return them to storage
- help stock incoming supplies and perishables as directed
- clean the kitchen and back-of-house areas
- maintain a clean, dry, and safe dishwashing area
- follow cleaning schedules and manager instructions
- report safety hazards and shift information.
