What you'll do

• Assist with daily intake operations and prompt, professional lead handling
• monitor team productivity, response times, and lead conversion
• support training, onboarding, and coaching
• ensure intake procedures, scripts, and follow-up protocols are followed
• help address escalated calls and client concerns
• track metrics and prepare reports
• coordinate with marketing and other departments
• identify workflow improvements
• assist with scheduling and workload distribution.
