The professional will assist with personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and daily living goals to foster independence and community integration.

What you'll do

• Support individuals with daily activities including meal preparation, planning, and personal care.
• Assist with medication administration.
• Facilitate community involvement through outings and transportation.
• Maintain documentation and support developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
