What you'll do

• Develop truancy and deferment processes with a task team
• create intervention and prevention plans
• notify parents and arrange conferences
• coordinate tutoring, counseling, assessments, and supplementary services
• collaborate with schools and tribal programs
• refer cases to the Tribal Prosecutor or Child Welfare Department when appropriate
• monitor truancy and document progress
• prepare narrative and grant reports
• maintain participant confidentiality.
