What you'll do

• Manage community sales activities, work with placement agencies, speak with prospects, tour potential residents, and close sales. Analyze occupancy, market, competition, and sales-cycle trends
• develop outreach plans
• ensure apartments are ready and move-in paperwork is complete
• and keep the community, model apartments, and grounds tour-ready. Travel to communities as needed.
