Maintenance Technician — Las Colinas

What you'll do

• Complete resident service requests
• perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances
• prepare vacant units for move-in, including painting and repairs
• conduct property inspections and address maintenance concerns
• maintain grounds and support snow removal
• communicate with residents and staff
• and keep records of work, parts, and inventory. Participate in the on-call emergency maintenance rotation.
